Class Schedule

Monday + Tuesday (9am and 6pm): Strength + Conditioning

A workout designed to build muscle and torch fat. Medium weights will be matched with kettlebell conditioning.

Wednesday + Thursday (9am and 6pm): Strength

A strength-building workout with heavy weights followed by a quick kettlebell conditioning finisher.

Friday (9:30am and 5:30pm) +  Saturday (8:30am): Conditioning

Cardio intervals with kettlebell swings.

Michelle Henry Fitness offers a variety of personal fitness options, from individual coaching to group classes, so that you can find the most empowering program for your lifestyle and fitness needs.

Build Your Fitness Foundation Class Series: $149 (New Clients Only)

4-week class series that meets twice per week.

After completing the second week of Fitness Foundation classes, you will  have the option to join either a Friday or Saturday conditioning class at no extra cost for the duration of the 4-week class series.

During this class series, you will learn the 3 basic kettlebell exercises: Hardstyle Swing, Turkish Get Up, and the Goblet Squat. These 3 foundation moves will build the mobility and confidence you need to move better and feel stronger.

Find your Strength Class Series: $112.50/month

9 classes per month (2 classes per week)

You’ve committed to training with us for 2 classes every week. That’s terrific! This series includes a Precision Nutrition Binder and Nutrition Coaching with email support.

 

Strength in Numbers Class Series: $130/month

13 classes per month (3 classes per week)

You’ve committed to training with us 3 days every week. That’s fantastic! This series includes a Precision Nutrition Binder and Nutrition Coaching with email support.

 

Please note: Payment for a series of classes is managed on Autopay. No contracts! Simply cancel 30 days before billing cycle. All unused classes in series expire at the end each month. Unused classes do not rollover to the next month.


Personal Training

Individual Coaching

Set yourself up for success with a customized training plan tailored to your specific fitness needs. Beginning with a fitness assessment and strategy session, this collaborative program will help you to set long and short term goals that are both challenging and attainable.

$50 per 60 minute session
$40 per 35 minute session

Minimum of 2 sessions per week; sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Small Group Coaching

Find camaraderie while still focusing on your individual fitness journey. Small group coaching begins with the same collaborative approach as individual coaching, but is a more economical, community-centered choice. Michelle will help create shared goals for the group that are aligned with each participant's individual goals.

$30 per 60 minute session per person

Minimum of 2 sessions per week; sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

Remote Coaching

Achieve your fitness goals from home or while traveling, no matter where you are in the world.  Michelle will help you to develop a workout program tailored to your needs. Then, through video conferencing, Michelle can critique your form, answer your questions, and provide the encouragement you need. 

$299 for 3 months
